On July 12, 2021 - Nicky says that now all the fledglings have flown their nests, hedge trimming has commenced on this glorious day! Also, our grape vine is very happy! Next time Paul is at the chateau, they will have to start putting in some wires to tie it in - we're well on our way to wine ... well not immediately!
. . .

On July 16, 2021 - Paul's at the Chateau today. There’s been such a mixed bag of weather… it’s made it difficult to think about the rendering of the chalet and the roof of the woodshed. And anyway, as Nicky says, the Chateau dictates the schedule… some downed trees and branches need dealing with. The Chateau definitely dictates the schedule and that's something we've certainly learned so far in this process!
. . .
