On August 17, 2020 - So the Chateau crew turned the water on, whilst I pretended to be M Night Shyamalan, shooting my own version of the Blair Witch Project. I laughed so much as we raced around ~26 rooms looking for leaks. Every bedroom has a sink. Convenient but not great when you’re having to make sure everything is ok. Outcome is as follows: 4 leaks- all pretty minor. Chateau warriors will be back on Friday to fix it all. I laugh when I’m nervous.

On August 23, 2020 - Max, Rhiannon and i have stripped the wall paper from the hall of horrors. It’s made a massive difference and I now know how to do it. We have so much wall paper stripping to do!
On August 23, 2020 - Rick and the beast...Rick is convinced he can bring the chateau’s central heating oil boiler back to life. He thinks we can use it to heat the chateau until we find a more sustainable way forward.
