On September 30, 2020 - So Ben has gone and had a look. The roofer is right, more work needs to be done to stop it from getting to the state that requires immediate fixing. We think it’s the flashing band all around the top of the upright sections of tile ... water is leaking in and running down the wood and slowly rotting it.
